Purchase Orders

Underdog accepts Purchase Orders from accredited institutions including local, state and federal government agencies, parks and rec departments, military departments and posts, school districts, universities and colleges. Submit a PO via fax (206) 547-2036 orvia e-mail info@underdogkickball.com.

However, accredited institutions do not need to submit an official PO for Underdog to begin processing an order - save time by calling ahead for approval at our toll free number [877-320-8655] and speak with an Underdog Rep who will enter your order and issue you an invoice by e-mail or post.

If you are a non-accredited institution feel free to call Underdog at 877-320-8655 to set up an account. A credit application may be necessary depending on the size of your initial order.

Quotes and Custom Bids

Underdog Kickball is happy to provide quotes for submission to Purchasing Departments, as well as bids for any large order including custom orders for special designs or items which may not be listed on the website. Call 877-320-8655 with any request for a quote or bid, or submit quote and bid requests via e-mail to info@underdogkickball.com. Please list a contact phone number so that an Underdog rep can contact you if further info is needed to supply a quote or bid.

W-9 Forms

We are happy to provide a vendor W-9 to all customer accounts who need to set up Underdog in their purchasing system.

Special Shipping Destinations

Underdog is happy to accomodate non-standard shipping addresses! Please call in your order.

Payment Options

Underdog Kickball accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for all Kickball and Dodgeball Orders made online or by phone. Institutional PO purchases (as described above) can also be paid by check. Underdog does not accept cash or paypal transactions.
